I have nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience across diverse industries such as Consumer Durables, Retail and Consulting. I have worked with leading Indian brands as well as multi-national companies like Bose Corporation, Mercer Consulting, HCL Infosystems and Bajaj Electricals. My expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development and employee engagement enables me to guide individuals toward career paths that align with their capabilities and ambitions. With a deep understanding of people, potential and workplace dynamics gained through my two decades HR experience, I bring both strategic outlook and empathy to my work as a career counsellor.
